Custom Projects
We provide custom cutting and engraving services for your unique designs. We specialize in working with various materials such as wood, fiberglass, aluminum and steel. Whether you're designing your own product or seeking something special for yourself, we're here to assist you in its creation.
Your design can be anything, from a simple cut out to a more complex design. Dont be afraid to reach out and ask us. We encourage you to experiment with different design possibilities, and explore mediums for the final product.
For custom built products, we require that you use the Project Submission form and provide at least a sketch or diagram of your design along with the largest measurements of the vertical and horizontal axis for analysis and a quote.
For projects with multiple pieces that require fusing or assembly, please provide diagrams for each piece and a brief description of how your project will assemble. Label diagrams clearly for easy reference and analysis.

Our Tools
Laser Cutter
For small scale projects we use a diode laser cutter with 20 watt, 40 watt, and 60 watt variable power modules. Achieving a motion precision rating of .0125mm, this device delivers high-detail engraving. It serves as the cornerstone of our personal product line.
Our laser cutter is capable of cutting individual pieces measuring 15X15 inches, allowing for detailed work on wood and opaque fiberglass. It can effectively cut materials up to 0.5 inches thick for fiberglass and 1 inch thick for wood. Cutting aluminum and metal involves different procedures but the engraving process is done with the laser.
Laser Cutting Wood
Wood edges from laser cutting display a stained appearance. To enhance aesthetics, consider sanding or preserving the edges. Various types of woods will result in a distinct edge appearance, while maintaining a smooth texture.
CNC Cutter
For large scale projects we utilize a CNC mill. We can cut various materials such as wood, metal, fiberglass, glass, and more. If you have a large scale project, feel free to reach out for additional details.
